Hi there! I’m Alex Patterson (he/him), and I’m excited to be a part of the Patterson Financial Services team. I graduated from Virginia Tech with a Finance degree with a focus on CFP® in 2022, and since then, I’ve been working as an Investment Representative with Osaic. My passion is helping people like you achieve your financial goals and make the most of your investment opportunities.

I’m a graduate of Virginia Tech and have built my financial planning career on a solid foundation of education and professional certification. I'm a Certified Financial Planner® (CFP®), a designation that requires meeting rigorous education, training and ethical standards. My focus is to help clients make informed financial decisions and prepare for a more secure future.

In addition to my CFP® certification, I hold several other licenses and certifications, including Life and Health, Series 7 and Series 66. I work with clients to navigate important financial decisions, whether planning for retirement, managing investments, or ensuring family protection. My goal is to provide the knowledge and support you need to feel confident in your financial journey.
